Texas Pecos Trail

Nature's beauty in Texas Pecos Trail and Texas Mountain Trail (aka I-10) . . . Yesterday.

The yuccas were plentiful and in bloom in July when we passed through the same area. Now they look like this.

You gotta love Southwest roads!

El Paso had so much construction. The new freeways allow very little views of Mexico anymore. But it will be gorgeous when it's complete. I didn't take any shots since I've posted so many freeways lately but the one below is just before El Paso and shows it's a mountainous city.

But we spent the night in Anthony, New Mexico.
